Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority as we strive to have transparency in our brand, our products, and our policies. We want you to fall in love with your Button Daisy piece! Should you have any issue with your order, please read below to review our policy.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Custom, personalized, and altered pieces are FINAL and are not refundable (this includes custom birthstone items and stamped jewelry).

We also cannot accept returns and exchanges on clearance items.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you may return it for a refund, minus the cost of shipping. You must initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase in order to receive a refund. Items must be unworn/undamaged and in original packaging.

To initiate a return request, please fill out this FORM. Once this form has been completed and reviewed, instructions on how and where to send your package will be emailed (check your inbox and spam folder). Please do not send back any items without first requesting a return as they may not be accepted.

When mailing your piece back in, make sure to keep the tracking number provided by the shipping company for reference. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Please allow up to 2 weeks after the order has been delivered to process the return. You will be refunded in the original payment method and can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and credit back your account.

EXCHANGES

If for any reason you would like to exchange your jewelry, you may return it for an exchange. To process the exchange, please follow the steps above under RETURNS and then repurchase the item that you would like instead.

CANCELLATIONS

If you got too excited and accidentally placed an order before you were ready to buy, email us at info@buttondaisyjewelry.com or send us a message using the Contact Form with your order number soon after the order was placed to check if your order qualifies for cancellation. Because production of your jewelry is usually started right away, we are unable to cancel once we have started working on your order. If we have not started fulfilling your order, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN JEWELRY

Although we are meticulous about our quality checks for each piece before it is shipped out, sometimes accidents happen. Should any item arrive damaged or broken, it will be replaced by us, free of charge. Please reach out to us right away by emailing info@buttondaisyjewelry.com with your order number and a picture of the item to initiate the exchange.

If your Button Daisy jewelry piece breaks within the first 30 days of purchase, we will happily replace it. To qualify, you need to reach out to us via email or the contact form within the 30-day timeframe.

ADDRESS CHANGE

If your order has not shipped out yet, you may change the ship to address. Please contact us immediately to modify the address by filling out the Contact Form. Once the order has shipped, we cannot change the address. You will need to contact the mail carrier to see if an address change is possible for your package (sometimes this is not possible once the package is in transit).
